Korvapuusti

Somethings are so simple and good that they are taken for granted. I recently realized that one great thing about Finland has been right under my nose for years and I have yet to mention it here on my blog. I'm talking about korvapuusti, a cinnamon roll that can be found in any Finnish bakery or cafe.

A korvapuusti recipe.

  1. Probably my all-time favorite Finnish food! My absolute favorite ones come from the grocery store under the Helsinki train station.

And as a random side note regarding your articles in the New World Finn - I've just only now put two and two together! Ie you are the same Will Lahti that I've been reading here and there (your articles are always come right after after my grandmother's on page 15). It's a small world sometimes!
